The once mighty Score in Chicago continues to swirl the toilet, firing longtime morning host Mike Mulligan abruptly and ultimately replacing him with Jarrett Payton (Walter's son) in a move that reeks of Audacy cost cutting. Midday cohost Marshall Harris was also axed:

Station's had a very unstable lineup since the pandemic and getting its long-awaited FM simulcast earlier this year doesn't seem to have helped things so far. They didn't even wait until after another (very anticipated) Bears season to make another change.

It seems every time I tune into 670 when traveling to SW Michigan or Fort Wayne I hear a different voice. You would think Chicago finally getting a full market FM sports station (not 87.9 long ago) would be a hit.
