Why So Many Black People in Commercials?

Whenever I watch TV, particularly daytime TV, I notice most commercials have more black people than White, especially if it's a car or drug commercial. Why not portray them in correct proportions? I've heard that only about 5 corporations make all the commercials, but I can't find who they are or how to contact them.

The Hispanic population as of 2020 in the U.S. is 18.7 percent and the African American population is 12.4 percent, so I agree that the pie chart is "phony."

I have no reason to dispute the bar graph from Nielsen, though.

Not only is the pie chart phony it says it's phony at the bottom of the chart for crying out loud.

The bar chart represents average hours per month.
So while blacks lead in hours per month on average they are far from total hours watched because they are only about 13% of the population.

This seems to have accelerated after the summer race riots of 2020. Since then, a lot of people have been bending over backwards trying not to be called racist.
