The comedian Steve Hofstetter posted on his Facebook page over the weekend that he has three shows in Michigan coming up in the next couple of weeks (Grand Rapids, Lansing and Royal Oak). If you aren't familiar, he's liberal and very anti-Trump, and the interwebs are full of videos of him taking down MAGA hecklers who dare to come to his shows.

On his Facebook post this weekend, he asked Michiganders to respond with names of "any local politicians I should mock." The clear winner was Perry "4747" "The Crypt Keeper" Johnson. John James was a distant second, with a smattering of Rogers, Bergman, and Huizenga.

His Facebook respondents chose wisely! :)

In my opinion, the runner up should be Shri Thanedar. The performer might like most of Shri's politics, but Shri's cartoonish voice, bad wig, cringe inducing grin when he's on camera, attention whore tendencies, and pre-politics history are deserving of some mockery.

The fact that he and Kristi Noem could form the dog killer's party alone makes him worth a mention.

LMAO @ the alien / skeletor hybrid (Perry Johnson).

His obnoxious patronizing of Trump failed to earn an endorsement from Hizzoner.

Instead, Trump endorsed John James earlier today. Even Trump knows Johnson is incapable of winning.

Rumor has it James and Johnson each had an “oral interview” for the endorsement…

James just happened to have better “lip service” to win it! It’ll take a few weeks for the orange color to wear off their lips, however.

What's up with this guy? He's got a broken down eyesore of a bus on Woodward near Long Lake. I hope he realizes that's not a confidence builder.

On the West side of Woodward, South of Long Lake, next to a teardown single story office building.

Holy Cow, reading his wiki entry, he's been sued almost as much as Trump.

Everyone on the GOP side sucked up to Trump hoping he'd get his support, Perry Johnson acted like Trump already got his support even know that message wasn't really saying you have my support for governor. Not surprised Donald J. Duck is supporting John James for governor. I still wish Mike Duggan was still in the race I think he bowed out too soon in my opinion.

Interesting. That's about a mile down the road from Oakland County GOP headquarters.

I was behind a white minivan with a 75 year old woman doing 17 through the subdivision with a Benson for governor sticker.
