HAHA! It's funny because it's true. It's still probably older than the mess on Fox 47. On the other hand, WILX's entire evening crew is the old guard, all of whom worked at 6 before jumping over to WILX (David, Ann, Andy, Tim, and Fred).

It just goes to show how lame the Lansing market as a whole has become. On the TV side, WLNS is basically the minor leagues for WOOD in Grand Rapids. Anyone good there moves to WOOD after 2 years, the rest languish and eventually disappear. WSYM is public access level quality (although I will give credit to Bryan Bachman for his storm coverage a couple weeks ago - he did a great job). WILX is a step up due to experience, but am waiting for them to "reduce budget" any day now.
