Oh I’m sure you’d do a far better job. Matt is excellent. And quite frankly, I don’t know how he can sit there night after night and endure that garbage in the field. Same with Dickerson.

There’s a reason why he and CMO were voted worse TV announcing ram - and he’s the majority of the reason. He might be a decent football announcer but he sucks at baseball

The Tigers broadcast really depends on the score. I turn off the radio during clunkers.

I agree; Miller's homer tendencies are pathetic at times.

There also is a big conflict of interest between him being the team's PBP man and then covering the team as Sports Director at Fox 2. Granted, he's hardly the first television sports director or sportscast anchor to also do play by play for a hometown team.

Why exactly would I want someone being honest and kicking the team I’m actively hoping will win? This isn’t the evening news circa 1965…

My spy told me one of the park's server rooms had a pretty bad failure a few minutes before game time. Both teams' broadcasts are affected. Angels broadcasters didn't travel to this game, so good luck to them.

I'm actually impressed that they got the video back on the air as quickly as they did. Still limping along (audio wise is the most noticeable), but the production people have most definitely earned their pay this evening. Kudos to them.

Got further word - DTE was doing some work in the neighborhood and blew out the area near the broadcast truck area. They had backup power but not enough to maintain two broadcasts.
