Agreed. This thread is somewhat unnerving.MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Wed Jan 19, 2022 4:35 pmI guess I believe rape / sexual assault by a man in a position of power against students - and a multi decade institutional cover up - are no laughing matter.

They/them, non-binary and proud.
Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.

Oh, I agree with that. You're right. But, Craig saying he'd take a finger up his butt for money just struck my funnybone.MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Wed Jan 19, 2022 4:35 pmI guess I believe rape / sexual assault by a man in a position of power against students - and a multi decade institutional cover up - are no laughing matter.
New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

A significant number of complaints involved unnecessary prostate exams.
I stand by my statement that I would endure a finger up my ass in that scenario for the payout the math seems to suggest.
It's not me making a joke it's me stating a fact.

Donald Trump was and is the best president this country has ever had. And he will return to glory as our leader again.

I am not completely sure the Plaintiff attorneys would've been ready to accept the terms if Schlissel were still there, Matt. I am not yet ready to accept the timing was purely coincidental.
Some people on campus disagree with you regarding Schlissel and the COVID response. They feel Schlissel's advocacy on their behalf was profoundly lacking.

This is one of them.

Voting for Trump is dumber than playing Russian Roulette with fully loaded chambers.

And calling those "rape" is laughable, at best. There are probably truly some cases of sexual assault buried in this whole situation, but those are overshadowed by the larger majority of "it made me feel weird (but I kept going back)"craig11152 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 20, 2022 10:07 amA significant number of complaints involved unnecessary prostate exams.

Like many of the "rape" cases that were, in reality, regrettable sex, these cases diminish and dilute the true tragic stories.
And I'd call the Schlissel timing "staged coincidence".

Explain what you mean by staged coincidence please. I honestly am unsure what you mean by that phrase.
The university kept a perverted sexual predator in a position where he could prey on students over a span of multiple decades.
Students felt they would be repudiated - and allegedly were repudiated in at least a few cases - if they refused to go to Anderson for their treatment. If they refused examination, they probably feared they would be suspended by their coach or have their athletic scholarships stripped."it made me feel weird (but I kept going back)"

Sadly, the $490M settlement Michigan made with 1,000-plus sexual assault survivors hasn’t been a bigger story.

Adult men, rightly or wrongly, aren't viewed as defenseless.
Good article. I was entirely unaware of USC's scandal, which actually did involve females, so that partially invalidates the author's thesis.
