Ron Cameron
Re: Ron Cameron
I believe they do. When Ron’s actually had a restaurant, it always struck me as an interesting business model to be advertising competing restaurants on his show.
Re: Ron Cameron
I've noticed that he hasn't described his favorite dish there, like he's done with other restaurants. I'd kind of like to give them a try, just to be a show supporter, but the smell of curry nauseates me, thanks to my neighbors in an apartment building where I once lived.
Re: Ron Cameron
After this week, especially, it’ll be nice to enjoy the comedic offerings of this show about nothing.
With Ted Kulfan, Ron's future biographer, as Ron's scheduled guest tonight, I've collected some of the possible book titles from upthread:
"Ron, what are you doing here?!"
"And everyone laughed"
"All the Great Men I'm Proud to Have Called my Friend"
Another possibility: "Here's the Scoop". Any other suggestions for the publisher?
Tonight's poll question: Which, if any, of the following events is likely to occur first: (a) Ron opens his new restaurant, (b) Ron's biography is published, or (c) Ron purchases his first can opener?

Might have to go Restaurant, seems like it’s been forever since someone has asked him.Momo wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 1:28 pmAfter this week, especially, it’ll be nice to enjoy the comedic offerings of this show about nothing.

I am looking forward to the NFL score updates myself
Re: Ron Cameron
Ron "knew" that the Javy Baez signing would come up. On a sports show?!

Re: Ron Cameron
Going to miss the first few hours, will be listening in the all important and exciting third hour
Re: Ron Cameron
Ron seems to be unaware that a lockdown is a tool of the owners. Not a function of "the inmates running the asylum."
Re: Ron Cameron
Best wishes to Mr. Positive.
Re: Ron Cameron
Ron needs a refresher course from his friend, the county health director. Being fully vaccinated doesn't preclude a positive Covid diagnosis; its prime benefit is protecting against serious illness requiring hospitalization.
Re: Ron Cameron
Yes, a definite best-selling book is in Ron's future. And since he doesn't read, it has to mean it's his no holds barred book. Finally, the discreet Ron will spill all the secrets he's kept so close to the vest all these years.
Good for Kurt calling out Ron for ALWAYS picking against local teams (except the Wings when they were helmed by his then-regular guest, Ken Holland). And JJ hasn't called in months.

Re: Ron Cameron
Ron is never going to believe our Frank isn't an accountant.
Re: Ron Cameron
Ron's always so clueless. How someone his age, from this market, with his background, wouldn't know of Bill Kennedy's Superman connection is beyond me.
Re: Ron Cameron
Ken Holland has to hope that Ron "loses" his number again.
