I wonder if this is connected to 92.5 from Atlanta? They broadcast low-fi instrumental rap style music with an ID at the top of the hour. It's awful to listen to, but sometimes they treat you to dead air.

I think it has been well established in this thread that it is on 106.7, 92.5, and 98.3, as their TOH ID clearly states (with audio posted nonetheless), so yes, it is connected to 92.5.

Yes,as of today January 7th,both 92.5 and 106.7 are off air.Is it temporary or not I don't know.

Off topic,but other recent signals here in TC to go silent are JNL's 101.1 translator and 100.1 WOUF.

Small update,92.5 back on air with the same music.106.7 still off air.

Just checked the FCC website and it appears that the 106.7 sale has been consummated as of yesterday (along with Trish's spinoff of WKAD to her son), so expect a new format on 106.7 soon: https://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.ex ... c_num=1159
