I really don't think anyone is going to dress up like Superstink at their job.
I would think it's more of a gesture or an attempt to keep things light during a stressful time.

It’s insulting and infuriating for an organization to try to boost morale by doing things nobody likes.

Why not ask employees what they’d like to see or do? Ain’t nobody got time for that!

Lovin: Ask people what they want? Why would the HR Director/Party Planner do that? She’d be outta a job. Better for her to plan an event, have little participation from news because everything is planned for midday when: a) the morning team has gone, b) the dayside team is out working, and c) is all wrapped up by the time the nightside team arrives for work. Then she complains about the lack of morale. It’s never her fault... it’s always someone else’s fault that her lame ideas don’t attract participation except for a few butt kissers.

Butt-kissers are gay.
