They just aired a remix of a song and didn't use the clean version. An F-bomb was dropped in the song. They might be in some trouble, and they better hope nobody reports it to the FCC.

Channel 955 may be in trouble with the FCC.

I mean, are you joking? An f-bomb on that station is nothing anymore. Pretty soon they'll be playing songs called "aye yo bitch come fuck me". And the kids will eat it up. I could only wish I would tune into that station and hear white noise.

That word is so overused now that most people in the typical listeners age range wouldnt bat an eye, if it even regestered with them

I'm with you. I'm among that generation but I can hardly relate to 99% of its population. I only listen to it because I happen to be in the same vehicle as the driver. It still broke the FCC rules though.Mega Hertz wrote:I mean, are you joking? An f-bomb on that station is nothing anymore. Pretty soon they'll be playing songs called "aye yo bitch come fuck me". I am not a fan of song censorship.
The clean edits on FM radio got out of control following the Janet Jackson incident, which ironically, had NOTHING to do with audio.
Kudos to 9-5-5! I wish stuff like this would happen more often.

Morgan Wallen is a piece of garbage.

I think the FCC is more concerned with robocallers than with f-bombs on the radio anymore.

"white noise ... "
You're already hearing white noise. Songs by white bands trying to sound black. And it's noise.
