However, the first victim "Shoot me nigga" guy did a good amount of time in prison (where he racked up 40+ infractions) for raping young boys... the youngest of which was nine years old.
Second victim had multiple domestic abuse charges against him along with battery and I think strangulation?
One armed bandit had several charges as well, including charges that precluded him from possessing the pistol that he had when he got shot.

Taking the law into your own hands is still against he law. If proven self defense then fine otherwise he is no better than those he shot. In any case he isn't a hero and should not ever be allowed to be a member of any police force.
