It's a two pronged approach and no group will get what they want, but they get something they can live with (see what I did there).

Abortion is going back to the states by gradual loosening.

I agree with the "enriches lawyers" part. There has been a long debated discrimination based on "looks". This ruling will only make this worse, I suspect.

Employers will just get fed up and replace them all with machines (see Walmart, Amazon).

Homophobes are usually individuals who buy into the idea that sexual orientation is a choice instead of an inborn biological constant.

One can use will to resist for a period of time - but the same sex attraction does not go away - and eventually homosexuals relent to their true feelings/biology.

Hopefully they do not fall into the self-hatred, depression, suicide downward spiral - which is an all too common succession - because they feel if they “come out” they will be rejected by family members/friends, the workplace, religion, political party, school, and other communities to which they belong.

I believe - as with VP Dick Cheney - individuals known as conservatives will bend - on issues that affect those they love.

Therefore I think it’s possible Justice Neil Gorsuch Is either a closeted gay man, a bisexual man, or has a child or other family member he believes or knows is gay.

Thus - he made the just, compassionate, progressive, interpreted as lawful decision. And felt so strongly about it - he even wrote the majority opinion.

BTW - it’s glaringly obvious that Lovinlife101 and audiophile are one in the same person.

Gotcha!

So the fact we both oppose abortion, we both the same now? C'mon we have widely varying views on about everything else.

Sorry, I only have one username.

It says something and you immediately second it. How suspicious.

If that was the criteria then we must be the same too, because I can't even hardly finish editing before you respond.

My 6:30 AM post was edited to include a response to 101. My original post was "I agree with the "enriches lawyers" part".

Now, millions of Eric Cartmans will pretend to be LGBTQ so they can get special treatment.

How about Elizabeth Warren?
I don't mean to brag, but I just put a puzzle together in 1 day and the box said 2-4 years.

He dropped out of the race a while ago. Took his headdress, bow and arrows, and left.

Glad you finally had the guts to admit it. The first step to loving yourself is knowing yourself.
New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

A company can fire anyone they want. It's called the 4-step process.
If you don't know it, Turkeytop or myself can explain it.
And claiming sexual orientation or ethnicity discrimination can't hinder an employer from terminating you, and making it stick, as long as the employer knows just how to go about doing it.
