Wonderful news! And a 6-3 vote!

I wonder if shit-for-brains trump will try and fire Gorsuch now. :rollin
You're about to see the country's biggest "coming out" party.

Boss: "You're fired."

Employee: "No, I'm not."

Boss: "Yes, you are. You suck at your job."

Employee: "Do I ever!"

Boss: "Okay, so we agree. You're fired!"

Employee: "Not tho fath, thailor."

Boss: "WHAT?!"

Employee: "I'm gay! You can't fire me!!!"

The only thing this does is creates another politically protected class of people. “Equality”? Nope!

You can be fired for being straight, but you can’t be fired for being gay. Seems about right.

And who is actually doing this? Who is firing people because they are gay? If they don’t like gays, why did they hire them in the first place?

Just enriches more lawyers who can’t wait to represent sub-par workers who will now say they’re “gay.”

BTW - it’s glaringly obvious that Lovinlife101 and audiophile are one in the same person.

Gotcha!
100% wrong, but then again, you believe killing children is acceptable, heck, you celebrate it!

Now, millions of Eric Cartmans will pretend to be LGBTQ so they can get special treatment.
How about Elizabeth Warren?
He dropped out of the race a while ago. Took his headdress, bow and arrows, and left.

Glad you finally had the guts to admit it. The first step to loving yourself is knowing yourself.

A company can fire anyone they want. It's called the 4-step process.
If you don't know it, Turkeytop or myself can explain it.
And claiming sexual orientation or ethnicity discrimination can't hinder an employer from terminating you, and making it stick, as long as the employer knows just how to go about doing it.
I'm quick familiar with the 4-step process.

1. Person hired.
2. Person turns gay.
3. Person fired.
4. Person sues and settles out of court.

Fags: "We want to be treated like everyone else!"

Non-fags: "Sure."

Fags: "Oh, but we want our own month. Our own parades. Our own bars. Our own special carve-outs in legislation. The right to sue because of how we act. Tax money for a problem we started and perpetuate (look it up) to this day (HIV/AIDS).

Non-fags: "Uh..."
