She didn't die due a lack of needed medical abortion...

Quite the opposite, she died because she had rare reaction to drugs for an elective abortion (plus delays in further treatment).

While this is very sad outcome, just think of the childless couple that would have loved to have those baby twins - that truly would have been a win-win for everybody, including the mother that would still be alive.

PS, you made an unintended point that abortions are more much more dangerous than giving birth and that abortion clinics are far too often unregulated.
Psalm 139:13 ~ For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb.

Jeremiah 1:5 ~ "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you;

Exodus 20:13 ~ “You shall not murder."

She died due to a long delay in needed medical care as the result of an interaction with the anti-abortion drugs. She should have been immediately cared for without question. Period. Instead the abortion bans had the doctors thinking twice about even attempting to intervene. Trying to gloss over these clear facts is absolutely sick and trying to justify why she shouldn’t have made the decision she did because think if she gave them away is gratuitous. You are diminishing the death of someone and whitewashing what happened to this person.

This is a disgusting response. It really illustrates the general repugnance of the anti-choice crowd.

I'll tell you what is sick, a national rag saying "...Abortion Bans Killed Someone" when it was the Abortion That Killed Someone (three actually).

Abortion is a national tragedy for both the mother and especially for the lost children! It's a lie that you can abort to rid yourself of "problem", when these children are our future!

Since you and Matt stated you are Christian, how do square your beliefs with these bible verses?

3 John 1:4
4 I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.

Genesis 1:28
28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

Isaiah 54:13
13 All your children will be taught by the LORD, and great will be their peace.

James 1:17
17 Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

Job 16:21
21 on behalf of a man he pleads with God as one pleads for a friend.

Mark 9:37
37 “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”

Mark 10:14
14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Matthew 18:10
10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.

Proverbs 17:6
6 Children’s children are a crown to the aged, and parents are the pride of their children.

Proverbs 22:6
I Love my Kids!
6 Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.

Psalms 113:9
9 He settles the childless woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the LORD.

Psalms 127:3-5
Children Heritage
3 Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him.
4 Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth.
5 Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court.

Psalms 139:13-16
Mother's Womb
13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

Psalms 127
Psalm 127:1
1 Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.
2 In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat— for he grants sleep to those he loves.
3 Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him.
4 Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth.
5 Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court.

Matthew 18:1-6
1 At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”
2 He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them.
3 And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
4 Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
5 And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.
6 “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.
Psalm 139:13 ~ For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb.

Jeremiah 1:5 ~ "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you;

Exodus 20:13 ~ “You shall not murder."

As he has demonstrated, his cult manipulates the word of God for his own profit. I hope this illustrates why his kind must be ridiculed. It's no wonder why he is attracted to Trump.

So the response to me simply posting the word of Lord, and asking how you square your beliefs with these verses, was to say I was grotesque?

Talk about weak intellectual sauce.

You don't give a fuck about children after they're born, and that is in fact grotesque. You basically said that this poor women who died because of your fucked up anti-choice ideology deserved to die. Additionally:

1. You don't support any level of gun control even after 2 1/2 decades of horrific school shootings.

2. You don't support assistance for children living in less than ideal circumstances whether it be extreme poverty or a very troubled home.

3. You don't support people trying to get their kids to a better life by coming to this country - in fact, you dehumanize them by calling them illegals or illegal aliens.

There are probably plenty more I'm not thinking of, but until you read the words and reflect on what they mean, you should probably keep your mouth shut.

LOL teetop. However, it might be fun to do Harris on that test too.

And Matt you have no idea what my family does to care for those after birth. I'm not willing to share much more, because of your nastiness and untrustworthiness, but today's count is about two dozen young ones.

I have worked with orphanages all over the world to help sponsor about 2000 kids over the years.

You really don't know me very well.

Specifically:
1. False. I'm not a gun nut. Single-shot rifles and Muskets should be ok though.

2. False again. See above.

3. False. I have no issue with those legally crossing the border at a port of entry. If they overstay, without keeping up on their paperwork, then they are wrong for being here.

This won't bring back Amber, but this ruling is encouraging:
A Georgia judge on Monday struck down a state law effectively prohibiting abortions beyond six weeks of pregnancy.

The ruling, by Judge Robert C.I. McBurney of Fulton County Superior Court, is unlikely to be the final word, because of the expectation that the case will ultimately be decided by the Georgia Supreme Court.

Still, the ruling means that women seeking abortions in Georgia will have greater access, at least temporarily, to a procedure that has become mostly inaccessible in the South since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022.

“A review of our higher courts’ interpretations of ‘liberty’ demonstrates that liberty in Georgia includes in its meaning, in its protections and in its bundle of rights the power of a woman to control her own body, to decide what happens to it and in it, and to reject state interference with her health care choices,” Judge McBurney wrote in his 26-page ruling.

“That power is not, however, unlimited,” the judge continued. “When a fetus growing inside a woman reaches viability, when society can assume care and responsibility for that separate life, then — and only then — may society intervene.”
Source: NYT, copied in its entirety.

It seems like a reasonable ruling that the six week limitation is absolutely absurd, while still staying there needs to be a limit.

A limit I feel compelled to point out is accepted by almost every sane person and one which women almost never seek an abortion after o less they’ve got a problem.
