They were public figures and therefore malice would have to be proved, which is very difficult. Case will be thrown out.

This case will be thrown out has no merit, surprised that the leakers aren't suing Nexstar wouldn't they have a case or is it like Tang & Fox suit and it be thrown out if they wanted to sue.
