The Wolf when I've listened seems to go a little more deeper than WRQN. It has a rock lean. Where WRQN seems to play the same 200 hits everyone knows, the Wolf plays the hits, but plays more of them. I heard "Stupid Girl" by Garbage on there a while back. It was a big hit, but seems to be ignored on many radio stations.
I honestly think the few internet radio stations around here tend to have bigger playlists overall. My buddy Jeff Lamb has a station called Classic Hits 419, which has a large library of hits from the 60's through the 90's. He plays many of the hits heard on many FM stations, but adds in a whole lot more for a playlist of nearly 2,000 songs. WYSL in Sylvania is another great one.
