Fox News evidently believes catastrophic fires in Maui are unnewsworthy
ZERO mention of the wildfires and mass devastation to life and property on foxnews.com's home page.
When I clicked on the U.S. - news page, still no story to be found.
Un-fucking-believable. They have completely abandoned hard news coverage that cannot be spun politically.

I turned on Fox Business Channel Sunday night to watch COPS reruns. Promo ran during commercials was for something about the tRump campaign followed by a special on the corruption of the Biden administration. SERIOUSLY???
Had a client of mine, during a conversation a couple of weeks ago, tell me she watched Fox News Channel. Asked her if she knew that they paid Dominion Voting Systems $780 million for lying about alleged voting machine fraud after the 2020 election. She said no and had no idea this happened.

So, I have to visit the home page of the obscure Fox Weather network (which is a distinct and separate network from Fox News Channel), or the Neil Cavuto "Your World" page to find any reporting?
Sorry, km1125, but that's completely unacceptable for a supposed NEWS network.
CNN, NBC News, ABC News, CBS News and others rightfully have Maui as the top story on their respective Web sites.

How embarrassing, they misspelled FIRED.
Voting for Trump is dumber than playing Russian Roulette with fully loaded chambers.
Re: Fox News evidently believes catastrophic fires in Maui are unnewsworthy
CNN is the only 3 of the major cable news networks where the story is really featured at all on the front page.
These are MSNBC's top 5 headlines at the moment:
-Clarence Thomas' ethically dubious benefactor circle just got fully absurd
-Ohio's Issue 1 beatdown shows the GOP's rabid anti-abortion base is a liability
-DeSantis is latest Republican to openly fantasize about violence
-Why Trump's defense team essentially needs the jury to believe he's an idiot
-Republicans are lying about 'Bidenomics.' But the actual numbers don't.

Don't be silly, MW. Of course it can be spun politically. They can turn it into how the LEFT caused them worrying about climate change.MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Thu Aug 10, 2023 7:31 pmZERO mention of the wildfires and mass devastation to life and property on foxnews.com's home page.

In their defense they have a section called "Latest From NBC News" that features two stories on it. It's "below the fold" as it were...bmw wrote: ↑Thu Aug 10, 2023 9:10 pmCNN is the only 3 of the major cable news networks where the story is really featured at all on the front page.

In FOX News's defense... gee mark that down... it's the 13th box on their home page.

“If they don’t bleed red, we don’t care that they’re dead.”
They/them, non-binary and proud.
Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.

They still have nothing about the wild fires in Hawaii. So sad. Roger would be pissed at what has become of this once great network. Harassment issues aside, the man was truly a genius.MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Thu Aug 10, 2023 7:31 pmZERO mention of the wildfires and mass devastation to life and property on foxnews.com's home page.

In the late 90's through around 2015 I was a frequent viewer in the late afternoon/evening time block. These day's I seldom watch Fox News at all. The programming just doesn't hold my interest like it once did. Not sure if it's because they have changed or I have. Maybe both.
Once in a while, if I'm home, I'll check out who Cavuto has on. Never was a fan of Fox and Friends.
New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.
