Custer is married!
Wishing the new married couple the most homosexual of holidays! Make the Yuletide gay!

Eloping is a good move here.
1. They likely have friends who love them, but disagree with their choice of lifestyle and wouldn’t attend a gay wedding. Just makes it less awkward.
2. It’s cheaper. A TV anchor salary barely scratches the surface of a destination wedding.
3. They don’t have to argue about colors, flowers, who wears the garter, or any of that stuff.
4. They can still have a celebration that’s not as elaborate or expensive as a wedding.
5. It’s done. No large amounts of planning, preparing, recruiting people to help, etc. No stress.
