she will restore women's rights
And which specific rights is it that women currently do not have that she will restore?
Well... in some states the right to bodily autonomy. A national law that restores that right would override the state laws due to the supremacy clause.
Interesting take. Question: Federal law says cannabis is illegal, some states (23) passed their own laws legalizing it.

To each their own (states) .
Yep… and the DEA is welcome to come on down and seize things if directed. However the states simply won’t enforce laws surrounding it themselves. ZZ is correct… they just need to legalize it already. This isn’t 1938.

I wonder how many bags of rocks and TVs Bryce has stockpiled for the first Harris-tRump debate? His arm is gonna be sore the next day!

Exactly RT. And 17 years old. As for the age as long as parents and medical types are involved I say 16.
I disagree. Myself I think under 18 is too young for them to decide yet. As far as the parental consent, let's be honest.
More and more parents are space cadets that let in to whatever their kid wants.
Like i said earlier, I do feel the government should stay out of it once they turn 18. They're an adult.
But I'm just not convinced, even into the early 20's, that like tattoos, going thru transition surgery can be a whim decision that some (certainly not all) will regret as they get older.
