Flattery will get you nowhere. Go find someone else to molest.I took a dig at Lester for no reason other than he's a 100% certified asshole (in my opinion, anyways).

This goes 100% against your philosophy of 3rd party candidates being a wasted vote. Many people support him only because he is closer to their values, or the lesser of 2 evils.bmw wrote: ↑Mon Jul 24, 2023 3:27 pmI took a dig at Lester for no reason other than he's a 100% certified asshole (in my opinion, anyways).
As to your question about defining a leftist, the full answer would require writing a book. What I will say is that within the spectrum of United States politics, Joe Biden's beliefs and policies fall squarely within left-wing politics. If anybody wants to argue that any of his policies are actually right-of-center in this country, be my guest. There may be a few, but the vast majority are not. As such, in order to support him, one would have to be a leftist. I would also argue that most (not all, but most) people who claim to be "moderate" are actually more to the left than to the right.

So I gave him $1 via Apple Pay, and just got a virtual $20 Visa card that I used to donate to the Biden campaign! What a win-win!

The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.

And they are getting a hefty raise too… $7 by the end of the 5 years and the full time drivers top out at $36 currently… I really am in the wrong business. All kidding aside, apply.
You've had a CDL for a few years. Which means you can pass the DOT. You've got experience driving a vehicle longer and larger than a UPS truck. Assuming you have a good attendance record, I'm thinking UPS would hire you right away.

According to this Detroit News article about UAW's contract, UPS is topping out at $49 an hour.Rate This wrote: ↑Tue Jul 25, 2023 10:48 pmAnd they are getting a hefty raise too… $7 by the end of the 5 years and the full time drivers top out at $36 currently… I really am in the wrong business. Like I said earlier, Rate. You got a CDL. You got experience driving vehicles larger and longer than UPS vans.
Don't cost nothing to put in an application. I think you'd get in. All kidding aside.
Here's a copy-n-paste from the article. It opened for me without talking about a firewall.
" ... The UAW's top wage is $32.32 per hour after two 3% wage increases since 2019. The union's proposal would bring that to $47.14, nearing the $49 per hour average top rate recently achieved in a tentative agreement by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters with United Parcel Service Inc ...
