I don't understand why nobody has come up with this before.
Rather than allow biological men to swim against biological women and call them all "women," why not have a trans category? That would be validating to those who are truly trans. It would also be more fair to biological women.

Trans people are honest, and I respect that. They never say they are biologically anything other than what they were assigned at birth. They simply identify with what society and culture has ascribed to the opposite sex than what they were assigned at birth. It’s all mental.
So, for a physical sport, like swimming, those born biologically as male and those born biologically as female should be able to compete with what they were assigned at birth. That’s why a trans category is necessary.
