I confess I never knew The Guess Who were once Chad Allan & the Expressions. That was a great rendition of "Shakin' All Over" from '65.
I'm surprised their song "Dancin' Fool" isn't on the list, it gets a surprising amount of play on SiriusXM Deep Tracks.

I wonder if they have 101-200 and beyond, and a post 1996 list.
"Seasons In The Sun" is not a good lead in for people reading the rest of the list. It's John Landecker's (remember that he also worked at CFTR) least favorite song. The Poppy Family remake of Al Anderson/Wildweeds' remake of "No Good To Cry" was good though.
I won an album from WLS on "Stump The Old Dude", the old dude being John Landecker, with the original "No Good To Cry". A lot of Michigan stations were playing it, which I pointed out to him, which is why he should have known it.

The Poppy Family 1971 remake of "No Good To Cry" reminds me of Roxette (the late Marie F., can't spell her last name)!!

The Guess Who 1974 song "Dancin' Fool" reminds me of Three Dog Night 1972 song "The Family Of Man" at the beginning of that song!!

Both of those songs' intros reminded me of one from the 1969 Paul Revere and the Raiders hit, "Mr. Sun, Mr. Moon".
That list has a lot of great songs, most of which are staples of what CKWW plays now. There's a good number more than that I can recall from hearing them on that station. I was surprised to see Crowbar's "Oh What A Feeling" wasn't on there, but that may not have been as big of a hit, only reaching #10.
