Didn't all the Senate Dems, along with Collins, Murkowski and Lindsey Graham(!) all vote to confirm her to the DC District Court months ago? How could they say no now?

I think she was an Obama appointee. Nevertheless, I played minor league hockey. I didn't make it to the NHL.
