If my eyes are correct, there have been about 12 covid cases that register as moderate at the University of Michigan: https://campusblueprint.umich.edu/dashboard/
The vast majority have been asymptomatic or mild, with the subset of asymptomatic being the vast majority again. Students at U-M are vaccinated at a rate of 98%. While we are talking about a younger group of people, I suspect that you'd see similar distribution of infection severity amongst vaccinated people across the population. People with several comorbidities are more likely to be moderate to severe or worse, but likely still better than if they hadn't been vaccinated.
