Yzerman should just do what Holland did here. Great analysis!

Re: Ron Cameron
Last 30 minutes must be Q&A with the producer
Re: Ron Cameron
Now that talk with the Oakland County “Director” was 20 minutes?! I doubt that. It might’ve been a minute or two.

Re: Ron Cameron
Not the Ray Scott/JFK assassination story again!!! Every time I hear it, it’s like reliving the tragedy all over again.

The premiere episode (“Ron gets a can opener”) of “Alcoa Presents: That darn Ron!” debuts this fall on another exciting season on the DuMont Television Network. Here, we follow the exploits of our lead character, the dynamic Ron Cameron playing himself as the beleaguered sports talk show radio host, who tries in vain to rise above his handful of nothing but shut-ins & low information callers, along with an ever-rotating assortment of comically inept producers. At home, living in a run-down motel, Ron is surrounded by a motley crew of endearing hobos, derelicts, dope dealers, ladies of the evening and winos (introducing Hal Smith as "Otis Campbell"). And featuring his special co-star, the Academy Award®-winning Miss Shirley Booth, as Hazel the lovable, but meddling, maid, who endearingly calls her boss, “Mr. C.”
Momo - your posts here are priceless. Thanks for being you. Regards, Rob from Canton.

Re: Ron Cameron
Dreary Sunday day, but there is a ray of sunshine with sports talk tonight with Ron C, I am sure things have changed with Ray Scott since his last interview
Re: Ron Cameron
If it weren't for his ads, Ron could just rerun his most recent interview with Ray. The content wouldn't be noticeably different.radiofan1974 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 03, 2021 1:24 pm Dreary Sunday day, but there is a ray of sunshine with sports talk tonight with Ron C, I am sure things have changed with Ray Scott since his last interview
Re: Ron Cameron
If Ron's usual sunny disposition isn't on display tonight, it might be because the Michigan Sports HOF just inducted its most recent class, including media members Tom Kowalski & Free Press photographer Mary Schroeder. I hope someone asks Ron to comment on the qualifications of the newly-inducted. And suggest that he insist on an audit of the vote.

The only sports show that for what it’s worth doesn’t start with lions talk on a Sunday…but a trivia question
