Jonathan Adler, a professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Ohio, said some of the conservative justices may vote to consider the lawsuit’s arguments on the grounds that they need to hear “original jurisdiction” cases. But even those justices are still very unlikely to go along with Paxton’s effort to upend the election, Adler added.

Trump fired himself a million times over with five years worth of video-documented campaign and presidency lawless, treasonous,
Obozo and Beijing Biden committed TREASON, with Jan 5th, 2017 meeting in the Oval Office, in their attempted Coup and illegal spying on a Presidential Candidate. They at the very minimum, should be in Prison, if not get the Benedict Arnold treatment.
