WLS Coverage Map based on M-3. Note that the 0.5 mV/m only reaches to near Holland, MI. The station measured? or Sales Department? generated map shows the 0.5 mV/m contour reaching beyond Grand Rapids and including all of Kent County, MI. I heard WLS in Grand Rapids on a small Jade transistor radio during the Day. Dave Gale measured the WLS field strength near the SE corner of Flint as 50 uV/m during the Day when he was at WTRX. As I recall, Dave said the kids in Ludington listened to WLS Day and Night when he lived there.
