To what benefit? Releasing a fantasy list like Trump did with lots of outlandish options on it (Ted Cruz? Seriously?) didn’t accomplish anything. This is weak stuff and not what normally happens. This is what you call politicizing the court.
Donald Trump… In your guts you know he’s nuts.

Ummm no, it's called finding out where the candidate stands on the issue. Of course sleepy Joe has no opinion. Perhaps Kamala will weigh in?

He’s not releasing a list because that’s a cheap trick... that’s why nobody did it previously. You back yourself into a corner that way.

The court isn’t the big deal for everybody that conservatism wants it to be. The only hope for their ideas is judicial activism. You wont get moderates energized throwing a very Trumpy nominee up there.

Cheap trick?

I like that he released it - transparency.

Of course the moderates almost are all Trump after Whitmer's stunts.

Independents are breaking 3 to 1 against the president at this point. Trump has consistently been getting crushed among that group.

Again the Trump supporters out here are anything but typical conservatives.

One is a thrice divorced mother of 5, a nurse's aid with live-in boyfriend of several years that is a plumber.

H*** Trump flag in the yard.

They are the backlash... typical conservatives are George Will types.
