Gretchen the Media Queen
Re: Gretchen the Media Queen
Why do I suddenly have flashbacks of Strawberry and a party at the Manoogian Mansion?
Re: Gretchen the Media Queen
I hope that isn't true she opened northern Michigan for a party for her daughter I think that is just a rumor. I'll only believe it if there are photos and it makes headlines. I think it will come down to the Supreme Court Of Michigan to reopen the state the judge who ruled for the governor clearly doesn't know the law and is clueless as well vote the judge out.
Go Pistons, Let's Go Redwings.
Re: Gretchen the Media Queen
The judge was skeptical of the some parts of the governors power at first so I’m surprised this ruling was made... but 2 more rounds to go.MasterB wrote: ↑Sat May 23, 2020 11:09 pmI hope that isn't true she opened northern Michigan for a party for her daughter I think that is just a rumor. Re: Gretchen the Media Queen
So we are saying she shouldn’t have opened it up? Or that she shouldn’t hold a birthday party for her daughter? Evidence that she did this ONLY for that reason seems rather scarce...

The two judges...one is a hard core democrat, the other is very 'reachable'.Rate This wrote: ↑Sat May 23, 2020 11:46 pmThe judge was skeptical of the some parts of the governors power at first so I’m surprised this ruling was made... but 2 more rounds to go.MasterB wrote: ↑Sat May 23, 2020 11:09 pmI hope that isn't true she opened northern Michigan for a party for her daughter I think that is just a rumor. Show me one.

The most dangerous place in Lansing is between Greth and a TV camera, now I hear she's on HBO tonight. She must know by now she won the election or maybe she's looking for the next one.

The Detroit News has a story that gives some insight into why Whitmer opened up the upper peninsula. Her husband wanted to put their boat in the water before the holiday weekend.

Let me preface this by saying all I know about a possible graduation party is what I'm reading here on Buzzboard.MasterB wrote: ↑Sat May 23, 2020 11:09 pmI hope that isn't true she opened northern Michigan for a party for her daughter I think that is just a rumor. But the thought crosses my mind that you don't just pull together a graduation party in a couple of days.
Getting the invitations out and back, ordering the food, and a lot of other things that take more than a few days, are involved in putting on a grad party.

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

Why would Big Wretchs' spokes flak 'refuse to comment' if it was only a 'rumor'?Bryce wrote: ↑Tue May 26, 2020 10:58 amThat has changed as of 8:46 AM this morning...Bobbert wrote: ↑Mon May 25, 2020 7:46 pmThe Detroit News has a story that gives some insight into why Whitmer opened up the upper peninsula. Report: Gretchen Whitmer’s Husband Asked for Special Help to Launch Boat
"The owner of a Northern Michigan dock company says Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s husband wanted his boat placed in the water before the Memorial Day weekend as Whitmer urged residents not to rush to the region.
No longer visible to the public, Facebook posts from NorthShore Dock LLC and its owner, Tad Dowker, focused on what Dowker said was a request last week by Whitmer’s husband, Marc Mallory. The posts have drawn the attention of Republican state lawmakers, who said the Democratic governor’s family may not be following her guidance for the rest of the state.
Whitmer’s spokeswoman, Tiffany Brown, didn’t confirm or deny Monday the assertions by the marina company or its owner. Brown said the administration wouldn’t address “every rumor that is spread online.”
