No, an executive order is just an executive order. It's temporary and any first-time violations of it are pretty much not enforceable, because they have prove you did it intentionally or a not just misunderstanding of the executive order.
It's ripe for abuse so the bar is set very high for conviction. I think of an Executive Order a lot like the Roscoe P Coltrain have remoteable signs, changing the speed limit depending on who goes by. The EO could change so fast you could easily do something unknowingly.

It’s basically a temporary law and you can be ticketed for breaking it. The bar for a cop to do that is pretty high. Playing a basketball game outside will probably do the trick. Golf is another thing usually done in groups that tend not to stay 6 feet apart. 18 holes by yourself would be dreadfully boring for a game that is already dreadfully boring.

Nonsense.. if you are clearly behind a no trespassing sign you can be cited without anyone complaining... all the cop has to do is see you back there and find your presence suspicious and you can be cited... where did you get such an unusual understanding of the way things work?
