KLT REALLY exploded in this book. Rock 105 slipped a touch, probably because of Smitty quitting the station once again. Speaking of which, The Bear had its best book in a while, probably due to him moving to mornings there.
Not much else to report. MacGar's still not subscribing and WLDR's at a 1.2.

Re: Fall 2019 ratings
Don’t forget in this book it’s one line reporting. So the KLT numbers include KLZ. So probably at least 35% is invalid soon.
Re: Fall 2019 ratings
I see in the fall of 2018 that Wklz had nearly 6 times the listeners of Wbcm.Could Midwest possibly consider a format flip for 93.5?
Re: Fall 2019 ratings
More proof that this methodology is SO flawed. WLDR was off the air for over 4 full weeks of this ratings period, and they still show up with the same number they had 6 months ago. And from what I can tell, non-comes don’t get reported (rrconline.com) til Wednesday.

The Promise FM (via WQHN) and CMU do subscribe.
Also, the subscribing stations (not counting WSRT, WLDR, or WBNZ) add up to 47.3. That means around half of all listening in this market is to MacGarb (probably around 10-12 shares combined), non-subscribing noncoms (IPR, WLJN/WLJW, Smile FM, Baraga/Relevant), out of market stations (I'm including the Eagles, the Drive, and 107-9 CDY in this group as none have a good signal over TC or Petoskey), or SiriusXM.
Z93 probably is doing best in Benzie and Manistee counties due to no other top 40-type station having a reliable signal in either county.

Re: Fall 2019 ratings
Not to keep repeating myself, SiriusXM listening is not “qualified” for measurement with either Nielsen diary or PPM markets so should not be included in your “where do all those shares go” analysis.

Re: Fall 2019 ratings
A good book for THE rock station but here are three things that don't look good for KLT's ratings future:
1. One of the reasons they did so well this time is they gave away 500 dollars a day for almost the entire book, that won't happen again.
2. KLZ is disappearing.
3. Omelette was apparently a liability on the BEAR, well guess who is coming back to KLT's mornings?

One thing you are forgetting. Wexford county is a Metro County. So the "Drives and 107-9 CDY's in this group" for sure impact the overall numbers...TC/Pet is a really big Metro...very few stations reach all the counties...TCM-FM being one of the few. Hence why it does so well, and has for so long.

Hey Craig - Doesn't Black Diamond subscribe? You could offer some info on the non listed stations...
