A great story on the Flint water crisis ran on NBC Nightly News. Lester Holt interviewed some of the youngest victims of the water crisis and how they ate now helping test water in the city.

My question is why our In Over Her Head News Director doesn’t do this type of journalism? Why do our viewers have to see these stories on the national news instead of our local TV stations?

Re: Flint Water Crisis on NBC Nightly News
Do the rival local TV stations do anymore stories about the Flint Water Crisis? Tell management that you'll do the reports on the water crisis?

Re: Flint Water Crisis on NBC Nightly News
Yes we do stories on the water crisis. But it tends to be just updates on the legal cases against former Governor Snyder and his cronies, the water settlement, etc.

We aired a “town hall” Wednesday — not really a town hall but more a series of interviews.

Some of the best reporting is being done by ABC 12’s Angie Hendershot:

While the national news and our local competitors do significant stories focused on the Water Crisis impact, the In Over Her Head News Director at 25-66 is more focused on putting QR codes on our graphics.
