You do know the FCC doesn't care what they post on they're web site, don't you? The FCC is only interested in what is broadcast.
Broadcast political rules for local offices are different than the rules for national or state offices.
Acceptable registrations in the queue through June 3 at 5:00p ET have now been activated. Enjoy! -M.W.

That website is a mess.
Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!
Re: WCRZ breaks FCC rule
The FCC doesn’t get involved in political endorsement disputes (which this really doesn’t qualify for anyway). If they did, Joel’s former employer Sinclair Broadcast Group would have been shut down a long time ago.
If you read some of Lisa Marie’s other hard hitting investigations you’d probably realize this was less of an endorsement and more of a political profile: Test Drive Tuesday with Shea Automotive Group, I Went to Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort: What You Can Expect,
Lunch with our Hurley Heroes.
Plus if you’re getting your election information from CARS 108, you have bigger issues...

It does look like they are giving favoritism. It should say AD somewhere.
I have no issue with Joel.
