MeTV Radio on 1250

Unread post by paul8539 »

I saw a spot on 12-2 (MeTV) that they now have MeTV Radio on AM 1250. Did somebody buy out the religious station that was on 1250?

Yes, back around April of 2018 this happened.
WJMK are the calls and they have a translator at 99.3 FM also.

Just like MeTV Radio in Chicago.

I've noticed the low modulation also. I was trying to figure out why. For the AM, possibly the transmitter can't handle 100% modulation? For the translator, maybe they are afraid of getting interference complaints from stations on adjacent channels?
