Any good skips caught today?

Unread post by CJ »

With all of the crazy weather today, did anyone catch any super distant radio stations? I was driving up Drake Road in Kalamazoo by Costco and grabbed 98.9 Magic FM (KKMG) out of Colorado Springs/Pueblo. They were doing a live radio remote from K-Mart in Pueblo. By far my farthest grab and I was just flipping through the channels! It was battling with WFGR for about 20 minutes until I got home and WFGR won out.

I was in Holland at the peak of the opening. Received a number of Kansas stations plus Mix 107.5 from Clovis, New Mexico. 92.7 The Van was completely ripped up by some station playing "Happier" by Marshmello/Bastille (wasn't able to ID it).

WYVN was off the air for part of the weekend. The storms that roared through early Saturday took down power lines in the Saugatuck area that resulted in the station going off the air.
