Id argue no to listing them together. Having worked in both markets, they are very different places. There's a reason they are separate. Trust me....

Subscribing stations make no sense in some cases (for example, ESPN 961 subscribing to Kalamazoo yet sister stations B93 and Star don't subscribe)
