True. The last oil change place I went to couldn’t figure out how to run a fleet credit card, but usually they get most things right.
Radio? Sales-driven, programming-illiterates that mismanage most situations. Not 100% of them, or 100% of the time, but the Herb Tarleks of the radio world get it wrong quite a bit.
