I cannot remember the last time 98.7s ratings have been that low, or 100.5s, I haven’t liked the sound of either lately, 98.7 has that AWFUL voice tracked Craig Allen night shift show
106.1,96.1 and 107.3 are complete wastes of money here.

July Grand Rapids radio ratings
Re: July Grand Rapids radio ratings
I haven't noticed a ton of change on WBFX from when it started, but I suspect people have slowly started to discover it. They did zero promotion of the station when it went live last fall, and most people probably didn't realize it was even there. I can say that I have heard it being played in the background in a number of businesses lately (convenience stores, small shops, etc) - something I can't say for The Brew.MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 7:30 am It seems quite apparent to me that Big 101.3 is pressuring the ratings of WFGR, WTRV and possibly WLAV.
That station got off to a very slow start, and its money demo numbers probably underperform its 12+ numbers, but whatever changes they've made in the past six months seem to be working.
I have no idea why Blunder 107.3 still exists. The ratings are a complete disgrace, and the station sounds horrifically bad. Cume-u-Less needs to flip that pile of horse dung to a mid 80's to mid 00's based classic country format or needs to abandon country altogether. There are needs in the market that can be filled (Urban AC, Adult Hits, hip-hop throwbacks, or a non-watered down Active Rock station akin to Z93 or Q106).

I Imagine 101.3 has been playing more rock cuts that 96.9 doesnt play as often anymore, LAVs gone into GRDs territory lately and played more 90s cutsMWmetalhead wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 7:30 am It seems quite apparent to me that Big 101.3 is pressuring the ratings of WFGR, WTRV and possibly WLAV.

Prime country would be the perfect format for 107.3, Where the Duke 94.1 gets spotty and goes out.
Maybe Variety hits again for 96.1 could work, like Max-FM again.
106.1 would be a better station for spanish and get better ratings,

I heard "Keep On Loving You" by REO Speedwagon (1981) on Big 101.3 when they usually stay in the 60s and early to mid 1970s
