Why do we even have this term?

It should be just “bar.” A bar with upside down barstools, but a bar nonetheless.

Now that’s funny...
I've been by there a couple times. We stopped once to eat but ended up having just a beer. The menu was mostly hot dog related if I recall. We ended up eating at the Bear Belly further up the coast.
