They did formerly show up in the ratings. They drove off the small audience they had in the fall/winter of 2013 by playing "Royals" every 15 minutes. It is possible for a Toledo station to literally have virtually zero audience, WCWA did for a few years there.
They are better than 89-Ex, but a station programmed by Ragtime Rick, or staffed by Lithuanian-speaking art critics, also would be.
The reception is hit or miss depending on the atmosphere. Sometimes you get it a good distance from Toledo, sometimes WMMS overpowers it even in Toledo itself.
