Ron Cameron
Re: Ron Cameron
I listened to both hours, and there was no Cowboy. He doesn't - cannot(?) - call this station.
Re: Ron Cameron
How can someone be so closed minded and antiquated with today's life? I don't get how anyone can be this stubborn and "out of the loop". 1980 was 40 years ago!

Re: Ron Cameron
It was definitely his heyday- late 70's and part of the 80's. He got on the wave and fell off, he thinks he's still on that wave but other waves have passed him on.
Re: Ron Cameron
The wave has surpassed him forsure. It's a false premise.

Re: Ron Cameron
It's amazing that someone just hit the pause button when they were in their late 30's. I'm still amazed at what an idiot Matt is for following this guy around. I actually thought he was a permanent employee with the Patriot but he's the employee of Ron. How does Ron even pay for airtime and Matt every week? There is no way he's breaking even.
Re: Ron Cameron
Ron is the equivalent of the older woman who got her one & only compliment in her early 1960s youth while wearing her hair in the then-popular beehive style, & remained frozen in time, destined to sport that look for the rest of her life, forever basking in that singular, thrilling moment.
Re: Ron Cameron
Does anyone else here think Ron could be kind of oblivious to the current world situation? Maybe doesn’t keep a social distance. Wonders why his favorite restaurants seem to all be closed. Can’t find the scores to last nights games.

Re: Ron Cameron
I agree. Ron probably has no idea what social distancing is. He’s showing up to a studio every week doing a show that is only to stroke his ego.
Re: Ron Cameron
That's all the restaurants are..an ego trip to talk sports with the 2 people that come in there to talk with him and for him to say it's his place.

Kinda saw this one coming.

Re: Ron Cameron
Perhaps Matt got motivated by the buzzboard, finally grew a backbone, and left Ron. Ron does not know how to check email, no advertisers, probably figured he was up up a creek. Maybe this is it for superfan
Re: Ron Cameron
Without advertising support there’s no show.

Re: Ron Cameron
I truly think he's done now. From reading the reports of last week's show on here, him trashing WPON (Again) and picking fights with both Matt and the other guy helping, there was no way that they would allow him back on that station. Not to mention the fact that the station probably doesn't want anyone in their studio at this time. He's gone for good.
