Maybe we can then look forward to Deborah’s MSU-baseball playing son as Ron’s guest. Unless, that is, there’s “too much to talk about.”

former Tiger pitcher Fritz Fischer, who in 1964 appeared in one mlb game: 1/3 IP, 2 hits, 2 walks, 4 earned runs. 108.00 career ERA. His greatest thrill would certainly have to be that he did strike out the first batter he faced: Harmon Killebrew.

That's interesting. Here's what the Detroit Free Press said about his one-day career on May 20, 1964:
