I've been enjoying Alt 98.7

Which leads me to one conclusion, they will be changing format soon. Anytime there is a station that I very much enjoy, it changes formats to something I despise(usually). 98.7 isn't perfect but it sounds much better then the last couple years of 89x and much better then it did last year. My own view is, they ought to consider to shifting to more a gold based Alternative format or making 80% of the playlist 90s and early 2000s. I've even set a preset button to 98.7, which is the first time 98.7 has been there since V98.7.

Agree. They still have to play the odd current, some shitty rap flavored song or MGK. But it seems every time I tune in, I at least KNOW the song. They do sound much better. But that afternoon show has GOT to go.

For the first time ever I listened to two songs in a row before tuning out, I guess that's an improvement. 2 songs I didn't hate, then Imagine Dragons for the tune out. (I'm sure they test well though)

I’m fired up with the things you have said.

But for real, it is becoming a great station. But yeah, Lazlo needs to stay in New York or wherever he is. He thinks he belongs in Detroit because his grandma died at an Old Country buffet in Westland.

Is that Old Country Buffet still there?

Unless they started here, syndicated shows on FM music stations usually blow.

Caught his show while I was in DC last week. This show won’t be the exception to your rule. He’s better than Woody (low bar, I know), but the one syndicated talker they have is already bringing the station down (assuming that the rest of the market agrees with this board on Lazblow).

I agree. Fire Brady and Church of Lazlo people,
and it would be even better.

My friend just moved there. He’s 27 though and not into alternative gold.
