Bush threw up a Mission Accomplished banner on an aircraft carrier and proceeded to keep us in Iraq for years on end. The time between opening fire and Mission Accomplished? About 2 months. So yeah in the grand scheme of things 2 months of actual fighting is quick, easy and clean.
