The guy is in jail for 30 years that asked the inmate to perform oral sex. She didn't overturn that.

If you read the actual case, ACB prevented the county residents from getting punished. THEY would be the ones on the hook for the costs, not the perp in the case. Oh, btw, the judgement was unanimous, not just a sole decision by ACB.
