Minneapolis Police Chief says Outside Agitators largely responsible for riot violence.

"Community Organizers", perhaps?

Disagreeing with Communists is NOT an impeachable offense.

Yeah, let's take the police chief's word for it. It has been proven that he runs an exemplary department, right?

The outside agitators are a separate issue. They're likely from the same place they always are. This is not good. The National Guard is the next step. Suspect that nonlethal ways of dispersing the crowds will be tried first. They've got plenty of those. Not just tear gas and water cannons anymore. More effective and less harmful.

Outside agitators?

Not necessary.

Plenty of righteous anger built up over years of Minneapolis PD harmful misconduct. As with all other cities joining in this protest about a systemic practice nationwide that’s been going on for decades.

I saw a video of a white guy dressed in black with a gas mask smashing out windows of the Auto-Zone that was burned to the ground. Reminded me of one of those Antifa types- who knows but yes it appears there was some outside influence in this riot.

Minneapolis history - largely a very white city, in an extremely white state.

No usual Democrat party. Instead the Democrat Farmer Labor Party - members known as DFL’ers.

Hmong immigrant influx (Asian) about 30 years ago. More recently an influx of black Somalia immigrants. Like Congresswoman Inhan Omar.

Senator Amy Klobuchar a typical Minnesotan - “nice”, well educated, white, from a middle class family with American farmer-style values. Even if they’re iron range families (like Bob Dylan/Bobbie Zimmerman) or working in some other industry.

Now - suddenly - there’s atypical, very public, very explosive, racial unrest happening - for all the world to see. And “Minnesota Nice” for the white millennials there means - they too are in the streets helping the cause of their fellow Minnesotans of color.

The white protestors are mostly Minnesotans. Do not assume because they’re not black they must be from outside The Twin Cities, or outside the state.

It’s just a matter of time probably when the sun goes down but Detroit is better than that so maybe everyone will be peaceful here.

I don’t think we have the powder keg element here currently.

I sure hope so we don’t need any of that not now or ever.

It would seem that the majority of trouble makers in Detroit last night were from outside the city as well.
Protesters arrested tonight were from the following cities, according to police:

Farmington Hills
Flint
Essexville
Bay City
River Rouge
Rochester Hills
South Lyon
(2) Detroit
It's hard to believe that protests in cities across America just organically erupted. So far Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, L.A. and N.Y. have had protests that turned violent. Some rioting has taken place. If many of the people causing the violence aren't residents of those cities, there is indeed an outside influence stoking the flames.
New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

“...hard to believe...” protests in cities across America “...just organically erupted”. What? Why, Bryce? Why is that hard to believe?

Simply shift unarmed black males on video after video being killed by white police officers - to a group of humans you care about. Or to whom you can more readily relate. Like unarmed white suburban females.

If you heard on TV news at least once a month over decades - unarmed white suburban females were being killed in or around their cars by black police officers - and it became a national controversy - including most court trials ending in police acquittals - perhaps you’d be fed up to the point of protest. Especially if you knew one of those victims. Or watched video featuring a black cop with his knee on the neck of an unarmed handcuffed white woman for eight minutes - as she urgently repeated “I can’t breathe.” And then died.

Remember - in my analogy - this monthly scenario has gone on for decades throughout the nation - and has been in the national news. You’ve known about it, it’s been a controversial trend, and with the advent of cell phone cameras and the internet - you more recently had been able to witness the events as they had happened.
