I'm glad we can agree that jury's and judges, who a nothing but lawyers in black robes, don't always get it right.
While that’s true the bar for a Public figure like her to prove defamation is set higher than Mt. Denali.

She had no chance and still doesn’t. I don’t care who she appeals to. This is law 101. It’s all but impossible to win one of these as a public figure.
