I wonder if his attorneys have him doped up during this trial. This tool would likely be yelling back at witnesses like Hicks. Maybe he's taking Black Beauties or Pink Ladies.

and again it happens,
Donald Trump’s hush money trial is set to resume Monday in Manhattan Criminal Court, where the prosecution will continue presenting its historic case against the former president.
Ahead of testimonies, Judge Juan Merchan informed Trump that he has found him in contempt of court for a 10th time for violating the gag order.
"The last thing that I want to do is to put you in jail," Merchan said.

I think they should ban him from all electronic devices. That happens all the time in criminal cases.

I agree but he would ignore it.
Re: Let's talk about the merits of the NY case against Trump
But the jury will see his blatant disregard for the law. That certainly will have an impact he doesn't want.

If he’s dumb enough to cook his own goose then by all means…
Donald Trump… In your guts you know he’s nuts.

Another day, another gag order violation.
Jonathan H. Alter, longtime journalist was asked what it would take for Trump to get the message.
“Well, this is an unlikely thing to happen,” Alter replied, “but I have proposed that what he do is what city judges sometimes do and sentence Trump to some brief community service in the parks or on the highway, wearing an orange jumpsuit and picking up trash for a day or two. I think that would be a good punishment for him right now, but I doubt that Judge Merchan will use it.”
God as my witness, I'd cut a six figure check to Alter's favorite charity if he could somehow put the wheels in motion for this to happen.

Put him under house arrest, but not at Mar-a-Largo. Just an ordinary house like the rest
of us live in.

Re: Let's talk about the merits of the NY case against Trump
Looks to me like the prosecutors are getting a little bit whiny here. They alleged 4 violations, 3 of which even this judge found not to violate the gag order - and the one that did was a comment about the jury pool being mostly Democrat. Seems like a petty violation at best.
Re: Let's talk about the merits of the NY case against Trump
A violation is a violation, petty or not. Trump is on the record as saying he will gladly be jailed., always the victim. Just follow the law you brainless idiot.

Weird that BMW continues to run cover for the felon. What happened to law and order?
