There was a new house on a model home builders' tour, somewhere in an upscale subdivision in Michigan. It had a master bathroom with a two way mirror over the vanity, allegedly for projecting a big screen TV picture on to from the projection room. It was demonstrated at the tour and of course, it worked. However, the projection booth was in a small room off the closet in one of the bedrooms, where the projection TV was located. With the closet darkened, and no TV projecting the picture, you could see right into the bathroom, and could have easily mounted a camera to record all the activities in the bathroom, consensually or secretly. Everyone loved the house, but of course the naive didn't investigate the possibility of a nefarious purpose. When I pointed this out to the naive people after the tour, they were shocked. A Pervert's Dream, legal or illegal.
