45 players unavailable at least - that is hardly waving a white flag.

Never been so grateful to see a game cancelled ever.

The band could have made a game of it. Wouldn't have been any worse...

Us old guys can't help but wonder how Bo would have handled this...

Was it that embarrassing to say that they’re afraid of a beating from OSU? Or are they really that afraid of a virus with a 0.05 mortality rate among those involved in the game?

Well the question is how many of them aren’t feeling so hot.. asking them to play with it would be just a tad unreasonable. For the umpteenth time... it’s not about the deaths even if that gets the headlines.

After playing 102 times since 1918, Jim Harbaugh ERA is over at Michigan rumors are that 5 NFL teams are interested in Jim Harbaugh's services. OSU fans are heartbroken they can't play in the Big 10 Championship Game unless the Big 10 changes the rules when they had to play 6 games.

JT was short. OSU can cry all they want. I'm glad we kept them out of the championship game.

I wouldn't be surprised if the B1G offers one school some $$ to sit out this week so their opponent can play Ohio State this week

The BT will do something to make sure OSU has a shot at the playoff. They will change the rules to fit...mark my words.

The Big Ten can't even count past ten. Why should we expect them to do something intelligent, or not do some something stupid, like 14=10 if we say so? If they can't count, how long before they can't even count how many players are on the field?? There's only a few marginally competent officials that can still enforce that.

Excuse me, but the 45 number is dubious at best -- certainly not the number for the virus alone. If UM has other players out because of injury or opting out, that's the Wolvies' problem.
Not only UM not release any numbers of Covid cases during its little media show on Tuesday, its doctor admitted UM was under the Big Ten threshold for cases to create an automatic cancellation.
UM's cowardice and image-consciousness are the reasons the OSU game isn't being played. UM will get no pity from anyone else in the country ... and just wait until the Buckeyes storm into AA next November.
